How it works

Three steps, no trips to the cleaner

    Schedule a pickup

    Choose a day and a two-hour window. Pickup and delivery run Monday through Saturday, 3 pm to 5 pm or 5 pm to 7 pm.

    We clean everything

    We sort by color and fabric, treat stains and set aside anything marked dry-clean-only.

  3. 3

    Back in 24 or 48 hours

    Wash & fold returns in 24 hours and dry cleaning in 48. Folded items come back in your bag and hanging items on hangers. Pickup and delivery are free on orders of $39 or more.

Do you wash everything together?

No. We sort by color and fabric. Your order is never mixed with anyone else's.

What if I'm not home?

Leave the bag at your door or with a doorman and add a note when you schedule. We text you when we collect it and when we return it.

Which items count as delicate?

Sensitive fabrics such as silk, wool, lace and suede. Delicate items are priced separately in the list above.
